Prior to becoming the CEO and founder of Fledge Solutions, Ester’s early professional experience in the Okanagan, beginning at the age of 17, gave her the opportunity of working closely with a wide range of valuable organizations, locally, nationally, and internationally in both leadership roles and as a consultant.

Specializing in human factors and psychometric assessments, she has helped numerous individuals and organizations engage their workforce in finding unique tactics and tools to help build a thriving culture, as well as delivered in countless workshops, seminars, and speaking events on the topic.

In her spare time, Ester also plays a role as the Senior Executive Coach & Director of Organizational Psychology for Action Edge Executive Development, and Program Developer and Instructor for Okanagan College’s InspirED Continuing Studies and Corporate training department.

Ester is a director on the board of Third Space Charity, a mentor for other female entrepreneurs through WeBC, an RBC Canadian Women of Influence nominee, platinum winner for HR Services through Community Votes Kelowna, a Top 40 under 40 Award Winner and dual certified by both the British Psychology Society as well as the Canadian Psychological Association.
